Tigers Win C-USA Opener

FedExForum– The Tigers jumped out to a 39-12 first half lead only to see East Carolina go on a 21-0 run to make things interesting before pulling away for a 67-54 win, the U of M’s 200th all-time win in Conference USA.

The Tigers got a game high 15 points from Joe Jackson to move to 13-1 all-time against the Pirates, including 7-0 in Memphis.

It was the Tigers fifth straight win.  They’ve also won 9 of 10 heading to UAB on Saturday.
