Amber Alert Cancelled

A Tennessee Statewide AMBER Alert has cancelled for 2-year-old Cael Whitehead.

Cael is safe and his father is in custody.

Police say Cael had last been seen at his home January 9, 2013 at approximately 9:00 a.m. and was taken by his father Austin Whitehead.

Police were concerned because they say Whitehead had made suicidal threats and might have been a danger to others.

Again, this alert is Cancelled.
