Suspects in McDonald’s Robbery Arrested
(Memphis) Two suspects arrested for last week’s armed robbery at a Frayser McDonald’s will be arraigned on Monday.
37-year-old Arkishia Thorne and 23-year-old Gentry Humes both face aggravated robbery charges in connection with Thursday’s robbery. Humes also faces aggravated assault charges.
Police say Thorne, Humes and 32-year-old Charles Livingston held up the McDonald’s on Frayser Blvd. at Overton Crossing around 4 p.m. Thursday.
Livingston was shot and killed by police after officers say he pointed a gun at them during a foot chase behind the restaurant.
The two officers involved in the shooting are now on paid leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
