(Arizona) The second winner of a record Powerball Lottery jackpot has claimed his prize, but we’ll never see his face or know his name.

The announcement was made in Arizona where the winning ticket was purchased.

Officials say the winner is a married man in his 30′s and did not want his name or picture released.

He splits a record $587 million prize with a couple from Missouri.

The winner says he spent $10 on quick pick tickets.

Lottery officials say he chose to take a lump sum which is $192 million before taxes.

He has hired a team of lawyers and financial experts.
