Midtown Phone Outage

(Memphis) There is a major AT&T phone line that has been cut in the Midtown area. 

This is affecting Central Avenue between Cooper Street and East Parkway.

All phone service, including businesses, is out in that area.

Complete restoration is not expected until Saturday around 8 pm.
