Person Shot & Killed On Summer Avenue

(Memphis) One man is dead after a shooting on Summer Avenue Thursday. 

Cecil Tuggle Jr. was shot multiple times around 4 p.m. in the 2400 block. 

Jermaine King knew Tuggle Jr., “He’s a good person, my friend, highly loved, well-respected. He’s a good dude.” 

Police are searching for a silver or grey Chevy Impala. 

Witnesses say a large man opened fire and took off, killing the father of four.
