Search For Killer In Forrest City, AR

(Forrest City, AR) Police in Forrest City, Arkansas are searching for the person who shot and killed a man this morning.

It happened in around 10:30 this morning at Washington and Park Street.
 
Police got a call that shots were fire there then found 20-year-old Dominique Tobar had been shot several times, slumped behind the wheel of his car.  

Tobar died on the scene.
