Memphis Grizzlies Assistant General Manager Passes Away

(Memphis) The Memphis Grizzlies family is mourning the death of another beloved member of the team, Assistant General Manager Kenny Williamson.

The 65-year-old died after a battle with cancer. Earlier this year the team lost long time staff members Dana Davis and Gene Bartow.

Williamson was a member of the Grizzlies staff for the past six seasons.

He is known affectionately as “Eggman.”
