The Memphis Police Department might be looking at some cuts, now that voters shot down a sales tax increase on the ballot last week.  It makes up a huge part of the city budget.  And Memphis was counting on about 23 million dollars in funding from the sales tax, had it passed.  Memphis City Councilmen Jim Strickland and Harold Collins are here with what they plan to do now.
