Shooting at Raleigh Apartment Complex

(Memphis) One person was shot at an apartment complex in Raleigh before 8:00 a.m. this morning.

The shooting reportedly happened at the Raleigh Village Apartments on Yale Rd. near Covington Pike.

Memphis police are there investigating as well as a few blocks west at Yale Rd. and Arsenal St. just north of the Raleigh Springs Mall.

That’s where police found the victim’s car after that person apparently drove for help. The rear passenger window was broken out and the front passenger-side tire was blown.

So far there’s no word on the victim’s condition.

News Channel 3 has a crew at the scene and will have more information as soon as it becomes available.
