Latino Vote Continues Rising

Republicans came much closer this time to winning the White House, but they still lost.  And in large part, because they could not capture, the Hispanic vote.  Dr. Jose Velazquez is former Vice President of National Council of La Raza, the largest national Hispanic Civil Rights Organization.
