Funding Unified Schools

This week, voters in Shelby County defeated a sales tax increase.  Some County Commissioners were counting on that money to fund education.  So what happens next, now that we still have to pay for the Unified School District?  Commissioners Mike Ritz and Wyatt Bunker have very different ideas.
