Las Vegas Woman Accused of Trying to Vote Twice

(Las Vegas, NV) A casino worker in Las Vegas has been arrested after federal agents say she tried to vote twice in the presidential election.

56-year-old Roxann Rubin was arrested at the Riviera Casino where she works.

The feds say she voted Friday morning in Henderson, Nevada.

Then tried to vote a second time near the Las Vegas Strip.

A poll worker stopped her from voting a second time and called authorities.

Voting twice in the same election is a federal crime and carries a four-year prison sentence.
