This week a Germantown mother was charged after allegedly punching a 17-year-old in the face.  It happened in the self-checkout line at a local grocery.  Meredith Philly Ross claims the teen had been bullying her daughter.  We're seeing this happen all over the country, parents taking on their child's bully.  But how should moms and dads handle the situation?  Hitting, obviously is not the answer.  Kathy Harrison is a family counselor.
