Police Officer Planned to Cook and Eat Victims

(New York City)  A New York City police officer has been arrested after the FBI uncovered a murder plot where he planned to kill, cook and eat his victims.

28-year-old Gilberto Valle is a six-year veteran of the force.

Police say he was bragging about his plans on the internet and had more than 100 images of women on his computer.

They say Valle was devising a way to slow cook his victims and torture them.

He made an appearance in court Thursday and was denied bond by a judge.
