Lower Gas Prices For the Holidays
(Washington, DC) Triple A says gas prices will fall another 30 cents by the time Thanksgiving arrives.
The agency says there are a number of reasons for the expected decline.
People start driving less when the summer ends which brings down the demand for gas.
And refineries start to make a cheaper blend of gas for winter months.
Right now the national average for a gallon of gas is nearly $3.70.
In the Memphis-Metro area you can find gas below $3.40 a gallon.
