Meningitis Outbreak: 9th Person Dies in Tennessee

(Nashville) A ninth person has died from the deadly outbreak of meningitis in Tennessee, according to the state health department.

There are 69 known patients with meningitis in the state.

The outbreak has been linked to an epidural steroid injection manufactured from a New England pharmaceutical company.
