(Horn Lake, MS) Ty Crook is the lead singer for the band, Memphis Unloaded.  Crook and his friends have been practicing for a concert this weekend benefiting St. Jude Children's Hospital.

Crook says he was sitting at his band members home singing when there was a knock at the door.

“I went to the door and barely peeked. It got thrown open, which I thought was crazy”, said Crook.

The singer said Horn Lake Police rushed in looking for his sound man Justin Claber who was asleep in his bedroom. He says he woke up to a police stun gun inches from his chest.

“I didn't see who it was.  All I saw was the gun” said Claber.

Claber was arrested for violating the noise ordinance. His band was simply playing too loudly. Police issued a warrant after a neighbor filed a complaint. Officers say it was a routine arrest.
