Club Declared Public Nuisance

(Memphis) Memphis police and the District Attorney’s Office shut down two North Memphis businesses on Thursday.

“Hey Babies” night club and the “B-52 Market”  are both on Hollywood Street.

The two businesses were declared a public nuisance.

Police say they responded to 23 incidents at the club over the past two years including a deadly shooting.

Police were called out to the market more than 200 times  for drugs, thefts, shootings and robberies.
