Crittenden County Man Recovering From Possible West Nile Virus

(Crittenden County, AR) A 27-year old Crittenden County man is home from the hospital after being treated for West Nile Virus. 

Doctors at Crittenden Regional Hospital say the man has all of the symptoms of West Nile. 

Now, they’re waiting on confirmation from the Centers for Disease Control. 

Family members say the victim may have gotten the virus from swarms of mosquitoes near his West Memphis home.
