Constitution & War

The University of Memphis gets ready to delve deep into the Civil War, and the Constitutional Crisis is at the heart of that conflict. It’s an eight part event taking place starting this week at the University.  But perhaps most interesting are the parallels, History Professor Dr. Susan O’Donovan draws between then and now.
