Businessman Taking Over Two Former CK’s Restaurants

(Memphis) A once popular chain of Memphis diners that shut down earlier this year is getting a second chance.

Eric Toushek is taking over operations for two of the former CK’s restaurants.

They will re-open as “E’s 24-Hour Cafes”.

Toushek says he plans to hire about 15 cooks, waiters and managers.
