First Lady of Shelby County – Pat Luttrell

A blast from the past gets a modern-day chance in Millington.  The public library there is bringing back its old-time radio show, as a webcast!  Even Elvis was on the show back in the day!  It’s an endeavor that’s gotten the support of Shelby County’s First Lady, Ms. Pat Luttrell.  She’s here with Library Director Brian Miller.
