(Memphis) – Memphis police are looking for a missing mother of 3. Latrice “Shay” Armstead was last seen  Sunday, July, 29th

There is new information from the Memphis Police Department that they are not only looking for Armstead but they are also looking for her husband to arrest him.

Tony Bledsoe is now considered a person of interest in the disappearance of his wife. Police say he also violated an order of protection she had against him. She was last seen by a neighbor who was keeping her oldest son.

“That’s puzzling that he can’t be found right now because like I said both of them were mostly home bodies,” said neighbor, David Love.

The On Your Side Investigators have a picture of the one key piece of evidence in the case. It is Armstead’s Black Acura. It was found in flames on Simmons Road in Coahoma County, MS.

“He can’t be found.  She can’t be found.  Burned up car. Everything is pointing bad,” said Love.

Shay recently moved in with her sister in St. Louis. She says Shay’s mouth was currently wired shut because Bledsoe broke her jaw.

“There’s a history of domestic violence there and she was just trying to find a safer environment for her boys and a better life for them,” said Brinda Armstead, sister.

Her sister says it’s unlike the mother of 3 to leave her children without calling.

“We’re concerned because he’s not cooperating with the investigation and we feel like if there’s nothing to hide then why won’t you cooperate,” said Armstead’s sister.

Memphis police are actively looking for Bledsoe.
