Memphis City Council Preview

Voters are just one step away from having their say on a proposed gas tax increase that would add one cent to every gallon of gasoline you buy.  It’s one of the issues before the Memphis City Council today.  Councilmen Harold Collins and Kemp Conrad are here to explain.
