Parental Grief
More parents laid their children to rest this weekend, victims of the Colorado movie massacre. It’s brought attention back to efforts to amend the family and medical leave act of 1993, to give parents more time off during the loss of a child. On average, parents get 3 days off. But many experts believe 3 months off is more appropriate. Jack Conrad is the Chaplain Manager at Le Bonheur.
