Charges In Deadly Gas Station Shooting

(Memphis) Police have charged 28-year-old Travis Tate with murder and attempted murder for a shooting at a Whitehaven gas station on Wednesday.

Investigators say Tate killed Demarkis Smith and wounded Kevin Miller at the BP at Winchester Rd. and Millbranch Rd.
