Marshall County Stand-Off Over

(Marshall County, MS) A four-hour stand-off is over and one man is in custody in Marshall County, MS.

We’re told the man took some pain pills and started acting “weird.”

Marshall County Deputies tried to speak with the man, but we are told he ran into a wooded area with a gun and started firing shots.

The man then ran into a wooded area where he was surrounded by investigators from multiple agencies.

This is happening near Anderson lane and Kerry Chapel Rd.

It does not appear anyone was hurt from the fired shots.
