Pre-K Express – Free Preschool
It’s time to hop aboard the Pre-K Express and get your kids on track towards a bright future. More than 4,000 Memphis kids can attend preschool for free. Enrollment begins this weekend. Dr. Carolyn Harvey and Deborah Harris are here to explain how it works.
