(Arlington, TN) Two missing teen boaters who disappeared near the Loosahatchie River last night have been found.

The teens took a motorless boat out around 4:30 Monday afternoon but never came home.

Their vehicle was found late last night.

Early Tuesday morning their boat was found capsized about 12 miles from where they entered the river.

A little while later, a wildlife office saw a fishing lore in a tree.

16-year-old Brandon Demge and 17-year-old Landon Cross were found safe and later reunited with their families.

Brandon’s sister Chelsea, “I don’t know how to explain it. My poor father fainted. Our prayers were answered.”

Brandon told us the boat capsized, ”We grabbed a tree that was down and just pulled ourselves to the side. There wasn’t anywhere we could go.”

Landon told us, as you can imagine, it was not a fun night, “Oh yeah, what a night. Standing in a tree all night.”

Lyn Cross told us the families are grateful to all who helped in the search, “We just want to thank everybody for their support and your prayers. God is good,he is good.”

The two were hungry and had but bites but seem to be fine otherwise.

Landon was ready to get out of the woods, “I’m just ready to go home and enjoy a good meal. I mean, I appreciated everyone out here.”
