As many people grill out and chill out on this holiday, you can be sure the beer will be flowing. More and more, beer drinkers are turning away from the big name brands and opting for smaller, local labels known as Craft beers. Joining us today are a couple of local brewers, Mike Lee who owns the Mid-South Malts Shop and Attorney Brice Timmons. They are partners in the brand new High Cotton Brewing Company which plans to start brewing by the end of the year.
