School teachers in Tennessee are being put through their own intense inspection this year.  They're now evaluated four times a school year, that's up from twice every ten years.  And for the first time, a teacher can be fired based on the results.  Here in Memphis alone, as many as 150 teachers are facing termination.  Keith Williams is head of the Memphis Education Association.
