(Shelby County) A 38-year-old father and his 17-year-old daughter were shot by two masked men inside their home in the Raleigh-Egypt area just north of Memphis.
Investigators say a woman was going into the house in the 4300 block of Egyptian Cv. around 10:30 p.m. when the two gunmen forced her inside and demanded money.
That’s when the gunmen shot both victims.
The father was shot in the hip; the daughter was hit in the foot. Both are expected to recover.
The shooters are on the loose. Investigators have not released a detailed description of them.
