4 1/2 oz. fresh cherry juice
3 tbsp simple syrup
2 oz. Smirnoff vodka
1 1/2 oz. Perrier
juice extractor, cocktail shaker, small pot, glass, measuring cup, measuring spoons, small pot and spoon
With the exception of Perrier, add ingredients to shaker. Shake vigorously six times and pour into chilled glass. Top off with Perrier. Garnish with fresh pitted cherries.
1/2 tsp. lemon curd
mint sprig (julienned)
1 oz. simple syrup
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 oz. Cavalla limoncello
juice extractor, knife, zester, small pot, glass, measuring cup, measuring spoons, small pot and spoon
Spoon in lemon curd. To that, add simple syrup, lemon juice, mint and Cavalla limoncello. Top off with Perrier.
Both recipes serve one. To accommodate family or friends, simply double or triple the ingredients.
