Tigers lose NCAA Tournament opener for second straight year…61-54 to Saint Louis

Columbus, OH– Kwamain Mitchell sscored 22 points and Saint Louis controlled the tempo as the Billikens beat the Tigers 61-54 in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Will Barton had 16 points but Tarik Black was limited to just 19 minutes, fouling out after scoring just 4 points. The Tigers end the year 26-9, losing for just the fourth time since Christmas…but this loss ends their season in the Tigers NCAA Tournament opener for a second straight year.
